How much does it cost to rent a food truck in the UAE?
Rental rates depend on your event duration, location, headcount, branding requirements, and whether you need a driver. Single-day event rentals, weekly packages, monthly hire, and seasonal contracts are all available. How far in advance should I book my rental?
For peak UAE seasons such as Ramadan, National Day, and the winter event calendar from October to March, we recommend booking 3 to 6 weeks ahead. For weddings and corporate launches, 4 to 8 weeks is ideal. Single-day rentals at short notice are sometimes possible, but availability is not guaranteed.
Can the truck be branded for my event?
Yes. We offer custom vinyl wraps, removable signage, themed exterior styling, and menu board branding for your rental. Wedding receptions, brand launches, and corporate days all benefit from a fully-branded truck. Submit your brand assets when you confirm and we will quote the wrap as a line item.
Do you supply food and chefs, or just the truck?
We supply the truck only — fully cleaned, equipped, and ready to operate. You bring your chefs, menu, and ingredients, or partner with one of our recommended UAE caterers. This setup keeps cost down and gives you full control over the food experience.
Can I rent for a single day or is there a minimum period?
Single-day rentals are available for corporate events, weddings, and private parties. For festivals, pop-ups, and seasonal businesses we offer weekly, monthly, and quarterly rates with lower per-day pricing. Tell us your dates and we will recommend the most cost-effective option.
Do you deliver to all seven emirates?
Yes. We deliver to Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah. GCC delivery to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain is available on request for longer rentals. Delivery is itemised separately in your quote.
Where can I legally park and operate the truck at my event?
Private venues, hotels, malls, and corporate compounds usually permit food trucks with the venue's approval. Public spaces require municipality permits. Read our notes on where food trucks can park in the UAE and our food truck parking solutions for ongoing operations.
Do you include a generator and on-site setup?
Yes. Every rental includes a silent generator suitable for the kitchen load, water tanks where applicable, and on-site setup by our delivery team. We do a full walkthrough before leaving the venue so your staff can operate from minute one.
What if I want to buy the truck after renting it?

What happens if I need to cancel or postpone?
Cancellations more than 14 days before your event allow a deposit refund minus admin fees. Within 14 days, deposits typically convert to credit toward a future booking within 6 months. Postponements due to weather or venue issues are accommodated free of charge where possible.
